This paper aims to explore an innovative integrated design approach that combines DC power supplies with high-voltage pulse power supplies to meet the modern demands for miniaturization, high efficiency, and high reliability of power supply systems.
To address the requirements of these high voltage pulse discharge applications, an integrated high voltage pulse generator system has been engineered to enhance performance and compactness. The system features an adjustable DC power circuit and a Marx generator, providing an efficient and compact power solution.
The integrated pulse power supply device proposed in this research, with FPGA as the core control unit, combines the stability and adjustability of traditional DC power supplies and achieves precise control over pulse output through digital control technology.
1. Introduction Cell electroporation therapy (EPT), genetic therapy, ultrasonic cleaning, chemical-free bacterial decontamination, and medical imaging are the examples of vast applications that require a high-voltage pulse generator which can provide pulse width in a scale of a nanosecond, microsecond, and millisecond [1 – 11].
